  • The postpartum retreat is open to new mothers with babies aged 40 days to 10 months. If your baby is older and you'd like to join, please reach out to us to discuss how we can accommodate you.

  • You can attend the day retreat with your baby and participate in all the activities. If your partner or family would like to enjoy the resort’s facilities for the day or stay overnight with you, please contact us, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

  • While we don't handle travel bookings directly, we can offer recommendations and assistance to help you plan your transportation to and from the retreat venue.

  • While we highly recommend attending the workshops and all activities for a comprehensive and enriching experience, we understand that every individual has unique preferences and energy levels, especially during postpartum. Ultimately, the decision to attend or not is entirely yours. We encourage you to create a schedule that aligns with your well-being and comfort during the retreat.

  • Our cancellation policy is strict and non-refundable. We require 100% of the payment upon booking. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If your healthcare provider provides a document stating that you or your baby are unable to attend, we will credit your deposit for use in one of our future postpartum retreats.

  • We accept payment through credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Choose the method that is most convenient for you.

  • Definitely, you can stay from the Friday if you wish to, or stay an extra night after the retreat. Just let us know your preferences and we will tailor your stay, just for you!

  • We understand that your baby may need a peaceful space to rest. There are quiet areas at the retreat venue where you can retreat with your baby if they need a nap or some downtime. We also offer the option to arrange a private space for you and your baby to ensure a calm environment for naps or rest.
