Sleep Support & Night Nurses.

The ÔM Journey has partnered with Care Connect to offer overnight support for Mum, Dad and Baby.

Care Connect Night Nurses will support the Mum through the night. They are not only responsible for watching the baby but also manage the night feedings – whether mums are breastfeeding, pumping, or formula feeding. They bring the baby to mum for breastfeeding, taking them back to burp and put them back to sleep. Or they set up and clean the breast pump making it quick and easy for them. Or they prepare formula to feed the baby when they are hungry at night without having to disturb your sleep. Both baby and Mum can get some restful sleep.

Care Connect also provide help with night weaning. The night nurse can assist Mums in the comfort of their room guiding you through the process.

Care Connect Team can come to your Home too!

The postpartum period is described as the first 6 weeks after giving birth. This can be a difficult time for mothers as the body adjusts to all the hormonal changes that occur after birth, while still recovering from delivery. We make it a point to understand what mothers need and provide emotional support with individualized care. Our postnatal visits offer families expert care for both mama and baby. All the questions you may have as new parents will also be addressed by your caregiver. Your rest and recovery is of paramount importance for you to have a positive and happy time with your baby.
